Support responsive display.

Hello. I am a Japanese engineer. Please forgive me if my English is not good. I would like to contribute to this software. I'm using it on a self-hosted private server, and as the title says, I want it to be responsive.
Is it permissible for me to contribute and support this software?

Hi! If you're running your own fork on your own server you are absolutely welcome to make any changes you like, and if you feel your changes are good enough that they could make it into the core, I'd be happy to take a look when it's ready.

Nothing has happened yet, but it's on my radar. I have a bunch of UI stuff I need to overhaul so I might include making the UI responsive as part of the work. Unfortunately I can't give you any timing details yet, sorry!
