Fix support for WindowDoor and WaterLeakage sensors (binary sensors)(hub v2)

While we have added support for some binary sensors, it appears not working fully. Investigate and resolve.

Can you tell me what the options are for Enable Notification. I think they are:

• OnTrue
• OnFalse
• OnEither
• None

Is that correct?

For the windowdoor sensor, the option are OnEither and None.

this options are use by other sensors: water leakage sensors, motionlightsensor...
