Currently there are multiple places you need to edit to get started.

Eg:

pnpm-workspace.yaml
*.code-workspace
package.json for overrides (and patches from sub repos)

need to manually clone repos,
for every repo need to manage its branch state

would be nice to be able to set the sha of a commit to use or a branch to use as reference

Would be nice to have a single file that can be used for everything above as the single source of truth
