Preview Swagger is available on localhost:<port> #96

When we try to preview swagger, it gives a default message that its available at localhost:.

This would be not the case when we are trying it on a remote setup.

Any provision to address remote host scenario where is you enable to accept the host IP address that needs to be displayed in the popup.

This is w.r.t setup on VS Code Server.
