Hi Dr Qiu, I'm working on a project about cerebral hemorrhage and I have a question about Dynamo that I was hoping you could help with.
After a brain hemorrhage, some microglia cells become activated, so in theory, they should transition from homeostasis to an activated one. I'm trying to model this trajectory from the homeostasis to the activated state using Dynamo on our stereo-seq data.
However, the trajectory that Dynamo is producing seems to be the opposite of what we're expecting. Mgl_6, which should be the activated state, is showing up as the root in the trajectory. We haven't put any manual restrictions in yet, but I noticed that mgl_6 has a high divergence value.
I'm not sure how to interpret this - do you have any thoughts or advice? Thank you in advance.
