Clean up ordering code

There is a bunch of code in arrancid that's leftover from IOS not sorting various stuff. I just noticed that an "ip host" line got reordered when I deleted that sorting -- I think that's because rancid sorted by IP address and EOS sorts by hostname, but we need to check that. Basically, the tasks are:

• Make sure that "ip host" output is sorted
• Go through all the remaining sorted outputs and delete the sorting from arrancid if it's not needed.
