device camera: does not keep proper A/V selection for new registration #583

This happens to me adding a new webcam, but might also be an issue for microphones/speakers.

Open the arena scene using a camera you've used before.
Turn on and off the old camera.
Plug in a new webcam you've never used (at least since your last cache clear).
Click the A/V setup gear.
Choose the new camera and return to the scene.
Try turning cam on/off: Old camera is enabled, not the new camera
