Fix unnecessary blank lines in Endpoint descriptions #1326

In various endpoint descriptions we have a lot of unnecessary blank lines that seem to be remnant of previous systems (see image for example)

Go through whole API docs and find all occurrences
Figure out whether this is simply because they were added or there are some rendering issues
Fix the blank lines
