When you're creating an Actor, it's created with the Node.js / Python version that is specified in the Dockerfile in https://github.com/apify/actor-templates/. It would be nice if the user could choose which Node.js / Python version they want to use in their Actor, and the Dockerfile would be updated accordingly.
