The help page hasn't been updated for a long time.

The text probably needs an update, and the pictures should be updated to match the current views that users see.

Could also do with new sections on the projected value.

We could also add a section explaining what the units displayed in the portal are, i.e. "Core Usage" vs "CPU time".
