Bug Report

Problem

Due to Android 11 package visibility restrictions, the chooser is not shown when target="_system"

What is expected to happen?

Chooser to show option to use different browsers installed on the device

What does actually happen?

Opens the url in chrome

cordova-android 10.1.1
Device running Android 11
