Add "Back to Top" Button for Improved Navigation

Describe the bug

I'm always frustrated when I need to scroll back up after navigating through a long page. Without a quick way to return to the top, it can be tedious to manually scroll back up, especially on content-heavy pages. I know it is present but not working I can fix it.

Expected behavior

The "Back to Top" button should become visible as the user scrolls down the page. Upon clicking, it should smoothly scroll the user to the top, enhancing navigation and accessibility.

The fix may involve adding a smooth scroll effect to the button and ensuring it appears only after scrolling a certain distance. This enhancement would improve the overall user experience by simplifying page navigation.
