Is this project still alive? Where is road map?

@Laboratory These are two very good questions.

Gagarin is currently in "maintenance" mode, which basically means: no active development of new features and trying to fix BUGs as they came up.

All this said, it does not mean that there are no plans for further development but unfortunately the roadmap is only in my head at this point. Maybe it's a good moment to share these ideas with others and see where it goes.

@Laboratory Do you have any insights that you would like to share with me?

Maybe necessary to create a project in Trello and fix roadmap. To date no of full value frameworks for testing meteor applications.
