Using primitive cylind on a local coordinate system

## Defining local coordinate system
x = -6
y = -6
z = 0
mapdl.local(21, 0,x , y, z)
## Switch to the new local coordinate system
mapdl.csys(21)

## Create the cylindrical volume
Rad = 1
depth = 8
mapdl.cylind(0,Rad,-depth/2,depth/2)

This still creates the cylinder volume centered at (0,0,0) instead of the new local coordinate system. I can still use mapdl.cyl4 as an alternate way but was wondering why this method did not work.

Never mind, I got the answer: I need to align the working plane with the local coordinate system mapdl.wpcsys(1,21)
