Tracking Ansible Builder "2.0"

In relation to ansible/ansible-runner#1199, would it be possible to have a milestone or set of tags here to track this development?

Also, are there any resource documenting the following planned changes to read up on?

Instead of continuing to provide container images for runner, we're moving to a more flexible means of building Execution Environments via ansible-builder, that will ultimately provide better flexibility, support definitive version constraints, operating system selection, and architectures. The work of releasing ansible-builder "2.0" is not complete as of yet, but will be in the coming months.

Sorry if GitHub discussions aren't meant to be used for Ansible, I'm used to seeing the feature disabled on projects that don't want to use them.

As things are solidified, new documentation will be written.
