[Questions] Updating FPGA procedure #83

I'm not familiar with FPGA, but.. some questions.

Does pluto FPGA/HDL update in firmware 0.36 takes place automatically, when updating Pluto with pluto.frm? Or for FPGA update need some additional procedure? Thank you.
Does timestamping added in latest FPGA update? ( Adding timestamping to PlutoSDR firmware #79 )
Sorry if some questions looks stupid. I'm really noob in FPGA.

The release includes FPGA bitstream and Linux kernel + devicetree.
