Doc: The tokens/color/base.json does not exist through the basic command

Hi,

I'm new to style dictionary and I just started learning through the documentation, I ran the command style-dictionary init basic and I noticed that in the documentation it'd mentioned the scss folder while the command generated the basic structure.

Ah true , I think the docs should be updated to reflect that the basic example scaffolds CSS and not SCSS , see https://github.com/amzn/style-dictionary/blob/main/examples/basic/config.json#L9

https://github.com/amzn/style-dictionary/blob/main/docs/src/content/docs/getting-started/installation.mdx this file has to be updated from SCSS everywhere to using CSS everywhere, and also the output format snippet should be CSS and not SCSS
