Is the 2022-04-01 searchCatalogItems endpoint rate limit 5 requests / second now?

This endpoint: https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api/docs/catalog-items-api-v2022-04-01-reference#get-catalog2022-04-01items

Shows that it supports 5 requests / second now when it was 2 before. Is this correct? After attempting to send requests at that rate limit, it looks like the 2 request / second rate limit still applies. In addition, the https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api-blog/docs/reducing-api-calls-with-batch-functionality page still mentions the 2 request / second limit.
