Search "feedback manager" in the main search box on Seller Central and choose an arbitrary review. The equivalent seems to be the "request removal" option present when clicking the drop-down arrow for the review under the Actions column. |

Why do you think so? The description doesn't match, and I asked Seller Central support, and they claimed it's not that. That "Request removal" goes to a bot that runs text analysis or whatever. Supposedly this API call does something different involving the customer. |

This is a very old issue that is probably not getting as much attention as it deserves. We encourage you to check if this is still an issue after the latest release and if you find that this is still a problem, please feel free to open a new issue and make a reference to this one. |

Please turn this horrible bot off and only close the github tickets as the actual issues are fixed. Closing tickets that are not fixed is confusing and counterproductive. @adrian-amz @amazon-auto @chapmanjw @amvreddy-amazon @jenilew @parvathm |

Please leave unresolved bug reports open so that they're easier for the community to find and discuss. |

@johnkw please use discussions instead of issues for this purpose, thanks! |

Thank you! Converting bug reports into discussions is a bit strange, but it's FAR BETTER than closing them when they're still broken. |

What is the SellerCentral version of the API createNegativeFeedbackRemoval call?
As listed on https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api/docs/messaging-api-v1-reference#createnegativefeedbackremoval this API call:
Sends a non-critical message that asks a buyer to remove their negative feedback. This message should only be sent after the seller has resolved the buyer's problem.
But there's nothing I can find on SellerCentral regarding when this should or should not be used exactly. Usually the SellerCentral side of things has more detail.
