[NEED HELP] listFinancialEventsByGroupId receives empty response

Although passed required eventGroupId (valid id can be acquired either from operation of listFinancialEventGroups or Payments Dashboard in Amazon Seller Central), I always receive successful response but the empty one. Please see the path and params I used to call the API, and the response I received.
