Is GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_TERMS_REPORT available though the API in UAE?

It's been a few months since we received it successfully. After that time, we keep getting FATAL errors without any understandable issue description. All other marketplaces are being collected except that marketplace. We've been granted access to Brand Analytics.

Is anybody able to request this report successfully? I am trying to understand if it's our application issue or the actual regression issue in SPAPI.

The first thing we did was to check if we had permission. And we had. Unfortunately, standard Amazon support couldn't do anything useful. I checked some other credentials, and they worked (suddenly, because earlier they didn't work). We use the same application to authorise access for both accounts, and both accounts have access to this report. No idea what is going on there.
