AWS Refunds

For years we were sending xml refund requests to Amazon using POST_ORDER_FULFILLMENT_DATA Amazon apparently has discontinued this policy? When I send a batch of refunds to Amazon, we still receive a Feedsubmissionid, but the refunds are not posted to the applicable order item ids. We contacted Amazon and they said this service was discontinued.

So, was anybody else maintaining their site by automatically posting refunds to different customers and if so, what are you doing now?
