Which API/Operations to use to fetch amazon fees for MCF?

Hi,

So I've been using Amazon's Outbound API to create MCF for Amazon to fulfill orders on our bahalf. My question is which API / operation do I then use to fetch all the fee costs associated per MCF? The outbound API only returns an estimated fee costs but not the actual costs.
