[Request] Option to open the url on the already opened browser! #78

Add a option to open the link in any browser that is already open on your computer!
If more than one browser is opened, select the first or show a dialog for the user to choose.
If none is open, open the default, or show the default browser selector!

This is possible but will involve some work detecting which profiled are running
