Just a heads-up, there seems to be something weird going on in the redirects on alohaeditor.org, which redirect to a non-existing domain:

Maybe this is a buggy rule for adding trailing slashes?

The rawgit link is a good alternative though—

another dead link in the guides is to ‘features’ http://www.alohaeditor.org/Content.Node/index.html#features

The demo link is pointing to the rawgit url suggested by @balupton for now.
If you want to run the demo locally:

• clone the repo
• run a http sever in the root folder
• navigate your browser to <your-host>/src/demo/boilerplate/

A demo would be very good. I don't want to run the demo locally, I want something I can just experiment with without running a few extra steps. I could, but many others can't.
