Steps to reproduce

Table.StickyLock 表格组件开始虚拟滚动，列表滚动条异常，往下滚动时，滚动条缩短，而且列表展示出现错位

从组件设计角度看，这本身是两个使用场景，Table.StickyLock是为了解决表格整体过长，导致头部不可见场景下的使用，虚拟滚动是解决大数据场景下渲染问题，不建议两个一起使用
