Proper timezone set, time records are wrong

I have my timezone set in the docker-compose as - APP_TIMEZONE=America/New_York and as of this post, it's approximately 11:30pm for me. I ran a speedtest at that time and the time is recorded as Jun 15 - 3:20 (though it's still Jun 14th for me).

I made sure that my timezone settings on my server are correct as well.

Where one is for the Display/Dashboard and the other for the app. You should add the one for Display/Dashboard

Did you restart the container after adding the env values?

Of course, cointainer was deployed with new values. That didn't resolve problem...

The DISPLAY_TIMEZONE is set twice, once for Europe/Warsaw once for Etc/UTC. Delete the one for Etc/UTC and it will show the correct time.

yaml corrected, stack and container deployed and nie I have Lepper timezone.
