NO longer showing up after working for years but still work in HA

Hello guys i have been running Alexa Media Player for years with minimal issues.
Starting from March release 24.03 i noticed several IKEA bulbs no longer responding in the Aleaxa app but a few days the bulbs returning and working via Alexa again.
I thought it was a random bug but after 24.04 release these bulbs no longer work from ALexa but all are present in HA and working.
But not in HA Alexa Media app or main IOS Alexa App.
Any idea how to track down the issue or how to get them working again ?
