Getting started

Create the rancher server and environments cluster: sh setup.sh
Create the rancher server: sh ./server/setup.sh
Create the rancher environment: terraform env new Test environment; terraform apply environment
Create the rancher agents for the environment: sh ./agents/setup.sh Test
