[Bug] Whitelisting a channel whitelists every channel

When whitelisting a channel to prevent segment skipping, the whitelist is enabled on every channel making whitelisting feature act like on / off button for the entire addon. This also works when disabling whitelist on a specific channel it disables whitelist on every channel.

I remember this happening when working on #1261, I believe it happens when the channelID lookup defaults to null.

Can you try to replicate with the beta of #1261 ?
