Disconnect channels when component is uninstalled

When we uninstall a component all the configuration is removed (which is stored in the ConfigMap for the component).

However, the connected channels (which are stored in Kafka) still remain and that might be confusing for a person installing the component afterwards (after having connected channels and uninstalled it).
