MA-PDDL Solver FMAP is unstable (sometimes can generate plans sometimes can not) #627

As for the example in https://github.com/aiplan4eu/unified-planning/blob/master/docs/notebooks/10-multiagent-planning.ipynb
sometimes I can clearly see the plan result, sometimes it just outputs no plan found.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS, python 3.11.5, unified-planning 1.1.0, up-fmap 0.0.13

Would be much much grateful if someone is able to tell me how to make improvements or just fix this bug...
I would say it is a bug as I did nothing wrong for the different result.

@Kchu is the problem solved or there was no problem in the first place?
If you did something to solve the issue, can you share it here for the other users?

I found that somehow the process of using the JAVA-based FMAP solver is not fully killed, so the port is always occupied and thus the communication could not be established. After killing that process, the issue was solved.

Interesting! @fabio-patrizi @Alee08 This might be an issue in up-fmap.
