Follow up brainstorming by diving into UX research to better understand user needs. Create personas for individual users (like students, employees) and small business users. This will help prioritize features and design elements that align with real user needs.

  • Use Figma to create user personas
  • Describe each of user persona (students, employee, family, small business owner)
