Probably not important to fix soon (it's been wrong for a long time). This document refers to the block ingestor and the gRPC server as two separate binaries. They were combined a long time ago. It also mentions the use of an SQL database, which is no longer accurate.

The fix for this issue could also address any other out-of-date documentation.
