Scroll to top (tapping top of screen) on mobile does not work.
Tested on iOS with Chrome and Safari.

Otherwise you would need to change some CSS in version 2.x+. The structure of the body and html tags has changes in 2.x. They don't scroll anymore which can cause problems with a lot of similar functionality.
