Amazon now supports clients providing an encryption key during a request which will then encrypt the file on s3. Thanks for getting this on the issues list. I definitely welcome a pull request, but don't have any time to devote to implementing that at the moment.

If I was adding this, I'd probably also at the same time deprecate the encryption support built in to the LWRP, and throw a warning to point users to the new AWS supported method.
