tgcf-web can't auto-start tgcf

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
tgcf-web can't auto-start start tgcf nor store it info about running state of tgcf that is permanent.
So in Docker you have to write a script that starts both, tgcf and tgcf-web.

Describe the solution you'd like
tgcf-web should store running state of tgcf and after reboot of host oder container and should be able to auto-start tgcf.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative in Docker is writing a shell script and creating own Docker image ...

Additional context
tgcf is very feature rich, but missing this basic feature which isn't nice.
