Enhance Suggestion:

Add one more keyboard layout and mouse tracktion for playing mmo games
keyboard layout like this:

System Info:
Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4291)
Obs version 30.1.2

Bug Report:
Have a bug on Chinese locale display in properties, some strings can't using the translate correctly.
english works fine:

Traditional Chinese 中文 (繁體) (zh-TW) works with a display bug:

Also have bug in Simplified Chinese 中文 (簡體) (zh-CN):
