Create new 2live2d / avatar, and some help on setup development/ building.

I am so eager to get this project compiled and run on linux.
Please let me know the essential step to build, and warn me if you see it impossible.

Secondly want to create now 'mode' or live2d, can you provide me with some basic steps and point me which class is used to draw it on the screen? I don't even know which component was used to construct that 2Dlive animation.
