Keypress Input capture in Window capture not registered

When OBS is open, in the preview, both mouse input and keyboard input register with the plugin. However, when in any game only the mouse input is shown. I use Window Capture.

Another program in which the keyboard input is not recognized, is the Steam Client.

Programs in which the keyboard input does work that I have tried, are Brave, Chrome, and Opera browsers; as well as Photoshop, Simplenote, and Windows File Explorer.
