If we follow Amazon's "Working backwards" approach, we should first prepare the following:

Press Release - Official announcement article
FAQ
Visuals

Only after that should we start evaluating priorities, and finally, development.

Although we have already developed this EPIC almost completely, we can still pretend to go through the Working backwards method.

Checklist

Publish a page for the Press Release
Prepare an email campaign
Send it to all registered users
