이슈 내용

현재 애플리케이션은 리마인드 발송 시 retry, failover 등에 대한 이슈가 있음
- 향후 현재 상황에 적절한 메세지큐(Rabbit MQ, Kafka)를 도입하여 비동기 처리를 통한 고가용성 목표
