Xfaang Software License Agreement

Version 1.0

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, XFAANG SP. Z O.O. ("Licensor") hereby grants to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software") a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense copies of the Software and its derivative works.

2. Attribution Requirement

Any use, distribution, or derivative works of the Software must include:

A prominent display of the Xfaang logo.
A hyperlink to https://xfaang.com.
The attribution must be placed in a reasonable and prominent location within the software or accompanying materials, such as documentation, about pages, or credits sections.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL XFAANG SP. Z O.O. OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

5. No Responsibility for Issues

XFAANG SP. Z O.O. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect thereto.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
