Should we add an tooltip info icon in location?

since there are multiple language option, if user is using lang other then English, they might try to enter city in their local lang. but WeatherAPI takes only English in parameters.

there is "Input Options", but adding tooltip alongwith will be better? What are your thoughts on this guys?

Do this. This idea is more greater than writting it on the translation thingy.
