Code panic when try to call otelsql.Open() twice.

Hi My old code is
db, err := sql.Open(driverName, ds)

I samply changed it

db, err := otelsql.Open(driverName, ds,
		otelsql.WithSpanOptions(opts),
	)

I have two places called this method, one is
otelsql.Open("mysql", ds1), another is otelsql.Open("mysql", ds2), when I call it the second time, it print out

failed to create latency instrument, %!w(): instrument already registered: name db.sql.latency, scope: {github.com/XSAM/otelsql 0.17.0 }

later when I call db.ping, it will panic, what should I do with this case? Thanks!

My original code used sql.Open without problems.

After update go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk/metric to v0.33.0, this problem is fixed.
