We want some bot actions to automatically create a new channel given a CTFTime link

In this new channel the bot should print the event name, time, and url. Add other items that the CTFTime API returns as well.

For example:

DownUnderCTF 2022 (Online)
Fri, 23 Sept. 2022, 09:30 UTC — Sun, 25 Sept. 2022, 09:30 UTC 

On-line

A DownUnderCTF event.

Format: Jeopardy
