To ease the burden of maintaining better-sqlite3, I have moved the project from my personal account to the WiseLibs organization, which is a new organization that I created specifically for this purpose (and perhaps for future projects of mine).
Trusted contributors will be added to the @WiseLibs/better-sqlite3-team team, where they'll have the necessary permissions to:
Update the bundled version of SQLite (using this workflow)
Update dependencies in package.json
Add prebuild binaries for a new version of Node.js or Electron
Add prebuild binaries for a new architecture or operating system
Update some areas of documentation
Create releases and publish to npm
All major changes to the project still need to be approved by me, but that restriction may ease with time.
Also, I've written thorough Contribution Rules, which all contributors should adhere to when contributing to better-sqlite3.
Lastly, I've added a Code of Conduct, which hasn't really been necessary (thanks to our community being wonderful), but seems like the right thing to do since this is an "organization" now.
Not much is really changing, except that it will be easier to accept the help of outside contributors. If you're not a contributor, you can basically ignore this move.

@JoshuaWise your pinned repositories no longer include better-sqlite3, I assume because of the move. Didn't know how else to contact you, you probably want that up there 👍
