Currently, the desktop app seems to ping to all available servers to check for latencies. Doesn't this give the Windscribe user a very distinct profile (for their ISP) whenever the app is run?
Many people have only a handful of servers they connect to regularly and they already know about their performance respectively, so all these tests are completely useless.
As such, I propose a setting to completely disable these latency tests. Optionally, there might be an option to only test the latencies of the servers that have been favorited by the user.

Hi. We've run this request past management, and received the go-ahead to add it to our development planning board for implementation in some form... but at low priority.
