Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently you can meadow dfu install on Windows and it will do the right things under the hood to automagically instal dfu-util on your Windows machine

Describe the solution you'd like
In an effort to reduce customer paper cuts, meadow dfu install should work on Mac and Linux too.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently customers have to manually go through each step on Mac and Linux.
