Progress indicator - update to rotating graphic #914

As discussed, we need to update the current indicator to visually match what is used in iON.

Update circle to be gradient svg if possible - investigate how we can do this
Update the sizes to be (Xs 12px, Sm 18px, Md 24px, Lg 90px) - always 2px wide stroke
90px version to have option of label and icon.
